Dumt User Agreement

Hi there! This is our friendly shared agreement between you and the Dumt team, to make sure everyone has a fun, smooth, and fair experience using our space design app. This document lays out how we operate Dumt, what you can expect from us, and a few simple guidelines for using the app.

🌿 What Dumt Does

Dumt is built to take the stress out of home styling! Our app lets you snap photos of any space (your room, desk, apartment corner, even a whole house) and place virtual decor items including plants, lamps, art, and furniture directly onto your photo. You can drag, scale, and rotate every item to test out layouts in seconds, save multiple design concepts, compare different styles, and tweak every detail until you're happy with the result.

We created Dumt to make decorating low-risk, fun, fast, and practical - whether you're renting, redecorating, or planning a full home makeover, you can preview ideas clearly and make better styling choices with less cost and less waste.

✅ How You Can Use Dumt

• No account required: You can access every single feature of Dumt immediately after opening the app, no sign-up steps, no personal information collection needed whatsoever.
• You can take unlimited photos of your spaces, test as many decor layouts as you want, and save as many design concepts to your device as you like for free.
• You can use designs you create in Dumt for personal use, or for professional client projects if you're an interior designer or stylist.
• You're welcome to share your Dumt design concepts on social media, we'd love to see what you create! Tag us @dumt.app if you want to show off your work.

📸 Your Content Ownership

All content you create in Dumt belongs 100% to you: this includes the photos you take of your spaces, all the design layouts you build, and any notes or labels you add to your concepts.

We do not store any of your personal photos or design drafts on our servers unless you actively choose to share them with us (for example, submitting a design to our public inspiration gallery, or sending us a bug report that includes a screenshot of your design). If you do share content with us, we will only use it for the purpose you shared it for, and we will never share it with third parties without your explicit permission.

💛 Our Commitment To You

• We will keep updating our virtual decor library with new items, styles, and categories regularly to give you more design options.
• We will work to keep the app running smoothly, and fix any bugs or performance issues as quickly as we can.
• We will never insert intrusive pop-up ads that interrupt your design workflow.
• We will read all feedback, feature requests, and bug reports you send us, and use your input to make Dumt better for everyone.

🤝 Simple Guidelines For Use

We only have a few small rules to make sure Dumt works well for everyone:

• Do not take photos of other people's private spaces or personal property without their explicit permission to use the photo for design testing.
• Do not copy, redistribute, or sell our virtual decor assets, app design, or core features to use in other products or services.
• Do not use the app for any harmful, misleading, or inappropriate purposes that would negatively impact other users or the Dumt team.

🔄 Updates To This Agreement

We may update this agreement occasionally as we add new features to Dumt or adjust how we operate. If we make changes, we will post a visible notice in the app for 7 days after the updated agreement goes into effect. If you keep using Dumt after the notice period, that means you are okay with the updated terms.
